What comes with the keys
Earnings
$0.75–$0.80 Per Mile, All Miles
Loaded, empty, deadhead — every mile pays the same. Our average drivers take home $2,000–$3,000 a week running 3,000–3,500 miles.
No Escrow, No Hold-Backs
We do not hold a deposit out of your settlements. Nothing to save up for at the start, nothing to chase down when you move on.
Detention, Layover & Stop Pay
Sitting at a dock is still work. You get paid for detention, layovers and extra stops instead of eating them.
Clean Inspection Bonuses
Level 1, 2 and 3 clean inspections pay. Doing it right should be worth something.
$500 Per Referral, Unlimited
Every experienced CDL-A driver you bring aboard pays $500 once they start pulling loads. No cap.
Cash Advances Available
Starting out light? Talk to the office. We have had drivers arrive with nothing and build a cushion within months.
Equipment & Freight
Fully Equipped, Every Truck
APU, refrigerator, microwave, inverter and a brand-new mattress in every tractor — not just the newest ones.
Peterbilt, Kenworth, Cascadia, Volvo
Peterbilt 579, Kenworth T680, Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo and International. You see photos and choose before you commit.
Governed 70–73 MPH
Not 62. You keep your schedule instead of watching everyone else pass you.
Dry Van, 48 States
Straightforward dry van freight — no tarping, no reefer temperatures, no waiting on a wash-out. We stay out of New York City.
Life on the Road
Take the Truck Home
Your truck comes home with you on home time. No terminal drop, no swapping into whatever is left when you get back.
Home Time That Fits You
Out three weeks or ten — we build the schedule around your life instead of a policy on a wall.
Pet & Rider Friendly
Bring your dog. Bring a rider, 18 or older. The road is better with company and we would not have it any other way.
Path to Owner-Operator
Walk-away lease and lease-purchase are open once you have run with us a while. We would rather you drive company first and be sure.
Before you apply
What we ask of you
- CDL Class A in good standing
- At least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
- A decent record — nobody has a perfect one, and we do not expect it
- No SAP — no active substance abuse programme
- An LLC or sole proprietorship (we will help you set one up at no cost)

The wind is picking up.
No escrow, no forced dispatch, and every mile paid. One short form is all it takes to get the call.
